With 24 years of global experience, Nymel brings exceptional insight into civil engineering and project management. As a Chartered Engineer and seasoned leader, he has directed major infrastructure and highway projects, delivering landmark real estate developments across India and abroad. His standing as a legal expert in civil engineering, with representation in the High Court of Kerala, underlines his commitment to quality, accountability, and client advocacy.
Deepu is an industry veteran with over 19 years of experience leading high-value projects across India and the Middle East. With a focus on value engineering, tender strategy, and sustainable development, he drives TECL’s commitment to achieving excellence, balancing client expectations with strategic, cost-effective solutions. Known for his collaborative approach, Deepu is dedicated to empowering teams to deliver outcomes that stand out in quality and operational efficiency.
An alumnus of the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (1965), and an AMIIE in Industrial Engineering, is a highly accomplished professional with over 57 years of global experience in industrial and infrastructure engineering. A member of the American Association of Cost Engineers, he has held key roles at prestigious organizations, including MW Kellogg, USA, and Haldor Topsoe, Denmark, contributing to ground-breaking industrial projects. He served as Chief Engineer at FACT/FEDO, Specialist Engineer at NPC, Iran, and Project Director for Smart City Kochi, one of India’s pioneering IT townships. As a Senior Technical Advisor for Infopark Kochi, he played a vital role in advancing IT infrastructure. Since 2018, he has been associated with TECL as Senior Technical Advisor and YTV as Senior Development Lead, continuing his legacy of excellence in project leadership, industrial innovation, and cost management.
